Refunds

You can request a full refund within 7 days of payment if you have used no more than 10% of the plan's AI replies. Refunds go back to the original payment method within 7-14 business days.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time. Your account stays active until the end of the paid period and will not renew automatically.

Non-refundable cases

After 7 days from payment, after using more than 10% of the plan, or if the account is suspended for violating the terms of use.
